REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

This Refund & Shipping Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all purchases made through www.arraywoodworking.com (the “Site”). By placing an order through the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. ORDER PROCESSING AND CANCELLATIONS
1.1 All orders are handcrafted and production commences immediately upon receipt of the order.
1.2 Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Customers may contact Array Woodworking as soon as possible at stacy@arraywoodworking.com to inquire whether a cancellation may be accommodated; however, any cancellation request is not guaranteed.
1.3 Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY
2.1 Array Woodworking offers shipping via multiple carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international shipments.
2.2 Shipping options include flat rate shipping and free shipping promotions, as displayed at checkout.
2.3 Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and/or in order confirmation emails; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
2.4 Tracking information will be provided when available, but Array Woodworking is not responsible for delays or failures of the carrier.
3. SHIPPING COSTS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 Customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs, including but not limited to:

Original shipping charges

Return shipping costs
-
Reshipping fees for refused or undeliverable packages

Carrier return fees
-
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees for international shipments
3.2 Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Array Woodworking is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the carrier has accepted the package.
3.3 Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable shipping and/or purchase shipping insurance for all items of value or fragile nature.
4. MATERIAL AND CRAFTSMANSHIP NOTICE
4.1 All products sold by Array Woodworking are handcrafted using natural materials and specialized production methods, including but not limited to woodworking, laser engraving, acrylic fabrication, and 3D printing.
4.2 Due to the handcrafted nature and inherent characteristics of these materials and processes, customers should expect:

Variations in wood grain, color, or tone

Knots, natural markings, or tonal shifts

Differences in engraving depth or shading
-
Surface texture variations, layer lines, minor tool marks, or small imperfections

Slight dimensional variations
4.3 Such variations are normal characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects. Items exhibiting these characteristics are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or dispute.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
5.1 Customers must notify Array Woodworking of any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery by contacting stacy@arraywoodworking.com and providing photographic evidence of the item and packaging.
5.2 Array Woodworking reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Repair the item

Replace the item
-
Issue a refund
5.3 Except as expressly stated above, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
6.1 In the event a shipment is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or otherwise undeliverable, the customer shall be responsible for:

Reshipping fees

Carrier return fees

Original shipping charges
6.2 Array Woodworking shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from refusal, incorrect addresses, or undeliverable shipments.
