All products sold by Array Woodworking are handcrafted and may include woodworking, laser engraving, acrylic fabrication, and 3D printed components.

Due to the natural characteristics of wood and the handmade production process:

  • Grain patterns, color variations, knots, and minor imperfections are natural and not defects.

  • Slight variations between products are normal and expected.

  • Measurements may vary slightly due to material movement and production methods.

These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted goods and are not grounds for return, refund, or dispute.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Array Woodworking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Customers assume all responsibility for:

  • Proper installation

  • Proper use

  • Safe handling

  • Compliance with local building codes (if applicable)

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear.
